If you are happy with our offer, we will take as much time as you need to clarify all of your terms and requirements of the sale. We will then proceed with legal teams, covering all of the costs for both sides.
The planning application will now be submitted by our team of skilled experts. This is where our love of detail comes into its own! We will keep you updated, every step of the way and, again, cover all costs.
During the planning application process, we will have already met with our network of developers. We want the right buyer to be ready as soon as planning is granted. Our aim is to complete this final stage with minimum stress and maximum efficiency.
